Maintenance Scheduler (Part-time)

Are you an enthusiastic, motivated individual with the ability to multitask and solve problems? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our team as a Maintenance Scheduler. The ideal candidate will possess excellent IT skills, be proficient in all MS Office applications, be a hard worker and have strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

In this role your key responsibilities will include:
• maximising the efficient use of operational staff’s time by creating schedules which will reduce mileage and fuel expenditure
• raising work requests to be carried out and prioritised, as well as scheduling planned maintenance
• providing regular updates to our management team to support our performance commitments
• Maintain and update customer details on company database
• Perform general administrative duties

This is a part-time role based in our Beauly office with hours to be mutually agreed. Initially this role will be maternity cover with the possibility of it becoming a permanent position.
