Are you an enthusiastic, motivated individual with the ability to multitask and solve problems? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our team as a Maintenance Scheduler. The ideal candidate will possess excellent IT skills, be proficient in all MS Office applications, be a hard worker and have strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
In this role your key responsibilities will include:
- maximising the efficient use of operational staff’s time by creating schedules which will reduce mileage and fuel expenditure
- raising work requests to be carried out and prioritised, as well as scheduling planned maintenance
- providing regular updates to our management team to support our performance commitments
- Maintain and update customer details on company database
- Perform general administrative duties
